Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my father are three brothers ,we have land in deoria,up from generation.what i see in govt land record bhulek.com.the land area sizes are in the name of my uncles and not in the name of my father.My father and his brother name is in the website.But the land area size mention is nil in my father name.I like to fight for my father land.As the land should be divided among my father and his brothers.please advice?
