Hello my father has buyed a property in the year 2002 when he buyed a property 2 shops are on pagri system in whole premises till 2002 onwards we didnt recive any monthly rent of 2 shops and when we asked tenant he said he is depositing in court now can some budy tell me who own the rent which he is depositing in court my father or the person from which we buy premises and how to vacant the place

legally after you bought the shops the rent would be received by you. Secondly, you have to file an ejectment petition to get the premises vacated.

in fact the title document is the main source to draw the conclusion , if there is no specific modus operandi described for the future rental of these shops than you are entitled to have the rent and can get it vacated from the tenants ( here again if the title deed is silent on the pagree receipts) . contact me to discuss this is detail .
