Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father died in 2011 . He did not do a will. He owned a 2 bhk flat and 3000 sq.ft. Residential plot in Akola vidarbha Maharashtra. I have one sister and one brother and mother. I reside in pune. I wish to relinquish. I don't want anything from the property. I would like to know the legal procedure to relinquish. Can I do this procedure in pune instead in Akola? Please suggest. Thanks in advanced.

1) U can execute a registered relinquishment deed in favour of others.

2) Normally it is done at Akola where the property is situated. In some states

e-registration is possible, at other places also it is done.

3) Consult an advocate to draft the deed.
