Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

my father died on 11-11-17 and my father did not write any will regarding property distribution. we are 2 brother and 4 sister. my sisters already married and she agree to give their share to brothers

please guide me the procedure for transfer property from my father name to our name

If property in city mean municipal area then you will file a civil case of declaration and then your sisters will give their statement before the court for surrendering her share. And if belong to rural property then before the tehsildar.
