Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father (his own earned property) had given to my mother's name through a valid sale deed documentation and he died. Now, my mother wanted to give those property to daughters ignoring son. Is it correct. Kindly advise in this matter. G Ramesh Babu

since it is her self acquired property she can give it to anyone she wants to.

Dear G Ramesh Babu,
It is well within your mother's legal right to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit to. There is no legal compulsion on your mother that she has to give a part of the property to her son.
