Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father has executed a settlement deed of his plot in my name 1000 SFT. I have applied for building license in online (AUTO DCR). (By online only we should apply).The corporation rejected my application by stating 1000SFT is not enough and minimum required area to get building license is 1500SFT. I could not construct the building without approval. This piece of land is only belonging to me to construct the residence of my own. In this situation let me know the remedy, please.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to lodge a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) for the Corporation lowering the ceiling limit for permitting construction from the present 1,500 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft.
