Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father expired in 1977 that time was 17 years and I have mother and 3 elder brothers and one sister who all ready got married in 1974.My Father built a house in which I am staying and all the brother are living in their own built home as they en cash all the money which my father deposited in bank in consultation with my mother now they are harassing me where I am in living at present house which was built by my father,As during the period of my father death I was minor and not much aware about the property matter and now they are enjoying by looted money also another parental house in same city from their they are getting rent of six room but no share for me,my mother also supporting them and living with those brothers house,Sir can you guide me how to proceed? and how to claim my property which I am not getting from last 25 Years.

File a suit for partition. but remember, if you choose do so then the house you stay in will also be partitioned. so think and take action. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
