my father gave all his property to my uncle when my mother and i his son is alive without our approval is it valid

if it is his self acquired property it is valid.if not then he cannot give your share to the uncle.

Dear Sir,
As the title holder of the property, your father enjoys the privilege and the legal right to transfer the title of his property to whomsoever he deems fit to. Your approval and your mother's tacit approval is not necessary.
