Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father was having one house in rajasthan which was almost down to plot as i was having not much funds so i didnt construct new house on it . but now one another person who is also from mumbai had constructed on house on our plot i had filed civil suit on him last year but he is not at all appearing to court my advocates says he is not receiving any summons and says we have to publish summons in news papaer but it is very costly procedure which i cant afford my house i had already lost, i ma bearing advocate fees cost also

I WANT TO KNOW CAN I TAKE HELP OF SOME LOCAL GUNDA TYPE PEOPLE I HAD FOUND ONE HE TOLD ME HE WILL GET MY HOUSE BACK AS I AM HAVING THE LAND IN MY NAME HE WILL FORCEFULLY TAKE POSSESSION AND GIVE CAN I TAKE THIS STEP BECAUSE I THINK THIS IS ONLY WAY FASTER.

you have posted this query so many times !! er are giving advice to needy people not oversmart persons who are in a tearing hurry to make money and even resorting to illegal activities. Dont insult the forum by putting the question you have. If you want to commit a crime it is your look out but we shall not be a party to it.
