my father in law expired without nomination his flat so this flat will transfer my mother in law but her son will not give her no objection certificate. he claim that he was a one legal heris this flat .so this situation law help us my mother in low. she is 84 years old and pentionar.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father in law has passed away intestate (without a Will) the Society is legally bound to transfer the flat in the name of your mother-in-law by taking an Affidavit and Indemnity from her.
