my father in law was expired without nomination his flat. his legal heris are four one his wife[my mother in law] second hid married daughter , third son, four son. society sugest me to publish two local paper for any claim this flat. then fifteen days after no claim. so this flat will trasfer my motherin law.

Dear Sir,
Yes, you should follow the procedure as directed by the Society for transfer of the flat in the name of your mother-in-law.
