my father left unregistered will with sign by two person now i want to use this will in municipal corporation to transfer property on my name but they deemanded a registered will wheather unregistered will have no validity what can i do

An unregistered will is equally good like a registered will. However, you may apply for probate of the will and obtain court order about title of the property you are inheriting.
