Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I want to know that my father has past away his house papers r with me he didn't name the house anyone's name .i am having one young brother he is not ready to give me share in property or transfer papers in both the names. So please can u tell me can I sell the property without him. My father has not made any will.can u tell me what I have do where I have to go.i am in mathura ,UP.

If your father has died without will you and your brother have equal share in the house. File a suit for partition against him in the court in whose jurisdiction the property situates. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
