Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A Father has 2 properties. One is an ancestral property and the other is his own land that he has purchased. He wants to give both his properties to only one of his sons out of the two as per his will. Can the other son claim his right on the ancestral property and also on the 2nd property which was purchased by his father?
