Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father has 2 properties in his name. He currently resides in 1 property and in the other one I am staying with my wife and daughter. My father recently got separated from my mother which was mutually done wherein he did not have to pay any alumni / compensation. Now he has decided to get married to another woman and wants to stay in the property where I am currently staying. He has asked me to leave/ vacate the property. Can he legally do that? What can I do legally so that he cannot throw me out of his house.
