Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father had purchase a property in year 1997 with his friend as 50 :50 share, however property was registered in my uncle name and my father friends name.
in the year 2006-07 my father has spent almost half of his retirement benefit to make some improvement in that property.
considering the fact that � share is registered in my uncle name,I just want to check how much my father has right to legally claim share in the portion of property which is registered in my uncle name

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the title of the property vests in the name of your uncle and your father's friend, your father has no legal right to claim any share in the property, as on paper he is nowhere the co-owner thereof.
