Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father purchased this house from q cuzans . and payed half of the amount to them but didnt take any recipt or proof of amount .and my times told them to take the amount but the wer saying we will take as i s about brother hood . but we have the registry nd power of atorney with us . The reatives are now in america nd saying they will refuse the purchasing contract what we do know . please help with ur answer
