Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father had purchased a land of 4.5 Bigha by paying hard earn amount of Rs. 75,000/- in 1998. We have land purchase agreement on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20/-. My father name was also registered at circle office registry along with seller's name.
The seller has died few year ago. Now, seller's wife file a case to vacate the land and district magistrate ask my father to appear before him. Sir, need your legal advice.
