MY FATHER PURCHASED A PIECE OF LAND IN 1990 .IT GOT ENTERED IN R6EGISTER BUT DUE TO TEHSIL EMPLYS FAULT HIS NAME DINT GOT ENTERED IN KHATAUNI.

IN THE YEAR 2005 A nOTIFICATIO UNDER SECTION 4 WAS MADE FOr ACQUSITION UNDER 1894 ACT.AND SECTION 6 WAS MADE IN 2007..NO NOTICE UNDER SECION 5A WAS GIVEN TO ME .AWARD WAS PASED IN 2010. WE STOPD THeAWARD IN ADMLA OFFCE SO THAT NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY MY RIGHT..WE WENT To HIGH COURT WHERE THEY GaVE US STAy ON OUR PIECE OF LAND ON THE BASIS OF SALE DEED AND ENTERIES IN R6 REGISETR IN REVENUE RECORD.

MY QUESTON To ALL THE LEARNED LAWYERS IS THIS HOW CAN I GET MY LAND BACK AND COURT CAN QUASH THE ACQUISITION PROCEDINGS IN MY CASE.AS THEY HAVE NOt TAKENLAND FROM ORIGNAL OWNER WHICH IS ME

You can take chance by challenging acquisition by way of WRIT but in your case since property has already been acquired so make proper representation and claim the awarded amount and enhance the rein with interest. Sidharth 9811776422
