Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father has 2 sons. However, my brother does not have any children by procreation or by adoption. I have children of my own.
Can my father "Will" my brothers share of the property to my son after my brother passes on? This is to ensure the property remains within my fathers lineage.
