Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
My father has 2 sons. He own a house. My borther wants to consturct another floor on existing house. We both (2 sons) have equal right on that property. I have no objections for him to build a house. Should my father legally transfer his house on my brother's name? or is there a way where in house is still in my father's name and he can construct. Since I too have equal share in the property if it is transfered in my brothers name how will I get my share ?

If you already have half share and your brother is having remaining half, then question of getting your share does not arise.
