My father have 4700 sq. Feet land ( bought by my grandfather)..now he wants to give it to me..how can i change its name?
need to pay any tax?
kindly say procedure pls?

Your father may gift the same to you by way of a gift/release deed and you need to pay the applicable stamp duty and corporation tax on the same. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
