my father was tenant of a showroom since 25 years. the land lord want us to leave the place because he wants to open office on ground floor. plz tell me that is there is any law regarding cannt open office on ground floor.

my place is chandigarh

if it is already a showroom, why the landlord cannot open an office there. The use is normally commercial and not by shop or office.
