Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Father Uncle is alive. My father is brought up by him. My father is single, no brother and sister.

We are 3, elder sister, elder brother(erogant), and me.

after passed away grandmother, my elder brother immediatly transfer grandfather property to his name.

my father was unware about.

then he refuses to contact my father in all the way. when father ask grandfather he told that, one of the day elder brother

bring him in one of the place signed some papers by giving him idea that this papers are property papers to transfer his home to my elder

brother. He said he was ready and therfore, he signed all the papers.

now when father enquires about from last one month we understand that he gifted the prperty to his name.

then father launch the police compliant agianst him and my grandfather too report that he has forcefully took that home infront of police.

now this all procedure had gone 3 months today.

my father and elder brother are very good to each other. i understand that elder brother ready to sell the property for 55 lakh and

he will give 27 lakh to my father mother. (this news is confirm)

now the situation is father and elder brother are good to each other and they are purposefully keep me aside.

i dont understand how to tackle with this problem.

I request experts, to pls suggest how do i get my share from this property.
