Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father has written a will giving his property at Chennai to me, in a plain paper with witnesses. My father has expired and I have 2 sisters, 3 brothers and mother who have no interest in the property. We all live in Bangalore and my father has expired at Bangalore. How to transfer the property to my name?. The property has very little commercial value since it is situated at a slum like locality.

Dear Sir,

Since you say that your mother, sisters and brothers have no interest in the property, simply take a "No Objection" letter from them, and get your deceased father's Will probated within three months from the Court to transfer the property title in your name.
