After my father's death, I have acquired Heirship certificate from court which is in my name & my mother's name, my property is at Koperkairane, Navi Mumbai, what is the procedure post that to be done in cidco.
how much do i have to pay to get it done(overall cost for procedure)

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should approach the Tehsildar / Navi Mumbai District Registrar with the heirship certificate and complete the prevailing procedure for transfer of the property title. Since CIDCO in all likelihood has already conveyed the property to your father, they are not in the picture to record subsequent transfer of title.
