i filed a suit for partioned and my uncle defendent during shahadat gave a statement that suit property had been partitioned amongst brothers 30 years ago and every one of brothers have their possession .case dismissed but now they have constructed walls over their possession and my plot lying empty they r interefering in my possession not allowing me to construct boundary wall.Please tell me what should i do and what is quick remedy SHERAZ

You have number of remedies available. If court dismissed your suit for official partition you can seek enforcement of private partition. You can challenge decision of dismissal of suit in appeal.
