Dear Sir / Madam,

For the Society, it will only remain as one single flat and the Society will accept maintenance from one person only. You will have to mutually decide amongst yourself regarding ownership.

It depends upon Societies' rules, along with the local Municipal rules. You have not stated where your flat is located, contact a local lawyer, who can guide you properly.
