Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Whether all the flat owners have right to park their car in basement, I stay in a flat consisting of total 7 flats, But right to park the car in the sale deed is not mentioned, by the builder in Bangalore ,Karnataka INDIA. please suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, all the flat owners have a right to park their car in the parking space in the basement. If the place for parking is insufficient, then the parking should be on rotation basis per year.
