Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My friend who is mutually decided to separate from her partner, was told by her husband's lawyer not file divorce now. As his husband has property dispute with his cousin sister.

Now his lawyer also advicing her to go back to her husband who stays in US till the property dispute is not solved.

My question is - how her staying with husband will help in solving property dispute?

-Already they are trying to sold that property, take there share as decided, now by making false character assesination towards his husband by husbands cousin sister will help them in getting bigger pie.

- is it possible for somebody to frame charges of assault, misbehave & threatening is possible while her husband rarely come to India.

- How will it help his husband cause if she stay with him & her divorce plan has to be put on hold.

You need to find out about laws in USA concerning husband and wife as well as concerning property. There is some concept known as community property. Be guided by someone in know of laws there.
