my friend wants to purchase a flat from HUF. Kindly guide, will there be any technical difficulty for him, while after acquiring flat, he wants to sell the same.(HUF. flat.)

Dear Sir / Madam,

If possible, written consent of all the members of the HUF to the sale including the Karta, is advisable and recommended.
