Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Myself and my friend have registered irrevocable POA of a land in March, 2008 by giving compensation to land owner & which clearly gives right for sale, taking compensation, doing all type of works and permissions from concerned govt. bodies on behalf of land owner.
My friend died, I myself registered conveyance deed by paying full stamp duty on my name and given conveyance document for change in name on 7/12 extract.
I came to know that land owner have sold the land 3 months ago, without giving me any notice or cancelling my registered irrevocable POA. I have taken objection to his document.
How should I deal with this situation? Kindly guide.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please check and confirm that by executing a POA in your names, the owner must have only surrendered the right to develop the land, and has not sold the land to you. If you and your friend must have spent a lot of time without initiating any action in the process of development, it is possible that the Owner must have sold the land to some other party.
You should also bring this matter to the attention of the District Tahsildar.
