My friends let an organisation use their house on a plot of 150 sy yards 28 years back. they asked for rent but got it only for 2 or 3 months. now they want it back, but the organisation insist that they sell it to them at a much lower cost than in market please advice what to do. They US citizens now

Your friends can choose to sell the house to the Licensees at the prevailing market price of property in the locality. Alternatively, they can evict the tenants if they have violated the terms of Agreement.
