Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I'm frm hyderabad my grandfather has a industrial land registered on his name from 1983.In 1984 he has given some of our relatives permission to use the property for industrial use without any rental and without making them sign any papers regarding their usage of property.In 2011 that relatives have filed a suit on my grandfather seeking information that they are the owners of property as they have paid the amount to us years back as a proposal to purchase the land through a bank amount but in reality that amount was paid for the loan amount which we have given them but now we dont have any documents prevailing that was the loan amount given to them which they returned to us as the loan amount was given to them in cash .They filed the suit on us on the basis of their industry license, loan amount which they returned to us in our bank account and their position on land frm past 30 years .please let us know how can we get our land back from them and escape honorably from cheating case

The title of the property must be in the name of your grandpa. They have to show the sale deed or agreement that land was sold to them. I would suggest you to consult a local lawyer. CAll for reference.
