Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, Good Morning

I have purchased a flat in wagholi, Pune. In my flat agreement it has written that i have been allotted a 100 sq/ft car parking and in our parking area a label is also fixed at the proper place what i have been duly signed on the parking area. But i don't have any proper document for this. what and how i can demand this from builder.

Please guide me.

Agreement is itself a valid documents. Serve a notice to the builder to allot you the same failing which you may approach consumer forum. call for any guidance, lawyer etc.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You do not need any other separate additional document to signify your entitlement to a parking space in the Society. The Society will allot you the allocated parking space in the Society compound in keeping with your Agreement.
