Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My gradfather write a will and give his property on my father name . after my father death property moves to on my mother name , now my mother has also died and write a will in which she give all share to me only now my Sister demanding her share in grandfather's property.

Please suggest if she has a legal right to demand her share in property.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, you need to obtain a Probate on the Will from the Court to get the title of the property transferred in your name. Your sister can claim her share during the Court hearing.
