Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi, Actually my grandfather had two children, Son(My Dad) and Daughter(my Aunt). My aunt was married approximately in the year 1967 or 1970. And my dad was married in the year 1980. My aunt expired in the year 1981 leaving behind 2 sons. And my dad expired in year 2013. Now the Ancestral property which was in my great grandfather's name was transferred to my grandfather's name. And on the death of grandfather the property was transferred to my dad. And on the death of my dad the property was transferred to my mom. My question is, are my aunt's sons are entitled for the Ancestral property which is now in my mom's name?
