Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi! My grandfather has constructed a flat in Pune, to which my father contributed an amount of rs 10 lakhs. That flat is in the name of my grandmother. After their death if they dont give any part of that propert to my father (without repaying those 10 lakhs), can my father ask any share in that property?

If your grandmother is died intestate without will your father will get the share proportionate to his inherited right.
