Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather wants to give his own house to his daughters who are married long time ago but my grandfather has a son who is also married and has son too so we lived throught our lives and suddenly he(grandfather) says get out im gonna give my property to my daughters..so what we do sir?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your grandfather has developed a sense of insecurity which happens in old age resulting in him throwing tantrums and such verbal threats, which you need to ignore and overlook, and not take it seriously. You should tell him very sweetly that the house is going to be vesting in the name of your grandmother, and not his daughters alone. You should just do your moral duty of taking very good care of him.
