Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my grandfather made a will deed in 1976 inheriting all property to me and died in 1984. now my cousin born in 1979 claims his share. whereas his father has given his share through me by a sale deed but not paying any money on ground . could my cousin is able to get his share ?

If your grandfather had self earned property your cousin will not able to get success.
