Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my grandfather(my mother's father) had 9 acres of land in haryana and a house in jaipur and some bank balance..they died in 2008 ..after some month virendra singh( my mother's brother) suddenly showed a will , according to the will a large share of the property more than 70% was on the name of virendra singh and rest to his brother...i heard that it is necessary to submit the will to any lawyer...but in this case it is not registered and only verified by notary public...the house was occupied by my grandfather but the agricultural land is of ANCESTORS...i think the signature of my grand pa on the are also fraud ....but the FSL jaipur's report is in favour to virendra singh.. which is a strange thing...now we had filed cases in respective courts in haryana and jaipur..now i want to know two things..:-
1) what is the legal validity of this will?
2) are there chances of winning?
(sorry for the poor legal vocabulary)
