Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather named his property 10 acre of agricultural land to my father, My Uncle and in my name. after my uncle death-as he was not married (I guess its gets distributed among me and my father). Can my aunts(My father real sisters) can claim the property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
With the demise of your uncle, your father and you remain the beneficiaries of your grandfather's property. Since your aunts have not been named as beneficiaries in your grandfather's Will, they have no legal right to claim a share in the property.

Property will devolve as per the Law of Succession governing the deceased.
