Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my grandfather had three sons and had one own house...now grandfather died..only one son(younger son)and his family is staying in that house and that younger son is not partitioning that house and he(younger son) says that my grandfather has settled the full house to his name...Is it possible that without other two son's permission and sign in the bond paper the house can be settled to only one son?plz help

If the property of the grandfather was his self acquired property he can transfer the same to your younger brothers name without the consent of other legal heir.
