Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather has 2 sons let for example P & Q. P has a son U and Q has a son V. My grandfather has his own owned property and he has set his mind to give it all to V, who is his 1st grandson. While U is also living on the same property since birth(20 years). Is there any legal law that U will get some share of it or even allowed to stay at the same house after his grandfather's death?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today is Good Friday ... two days to the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
No, only your grandfather and none other decides what he is going to do with his own property.
Regards,
