Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather's property has been divided between my father and his brother. My father's younger brother has occupied 2 feet x 90 feet of distance in our land we asking him to vacate for construction of compound wall still he is not vacating and not allowing us to construct in our place. He threatening my family to be attacked. Please guide me what should i do to protect my land and my family.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should first secure the property that is in your possession by building your compound wall alongside the property illegally occupied by your Uncle and begin your construction activity within your enclosed plot. You should file an FIR in the local Police Station against your Uncle if he is in any way threatening you and your family.
