Hi .my grandmother is giving us (me, my mother n my father) that in which house u r now give to me(grandmother) she told us u hav nothing in this property
My grandfather has been expired in 2010.
After that she is telling us I ll put case upon u all.
We are living in this house from more than 20 years. Will by my grandfather is not registered. She has send us 2 notice from advocate.
Tell me what we can do to save the house
We also built some parts of our house by our hands

If your grandfather is ancestral property the will is illegal,if it is self acquired one you have to prove the will is fake in court. As you say you are in possession of property do not vacate without court order. Do become victim of emotional blackmailing and dispossess the house.
