Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandmother had 4 son and she used to live with us and she didnt prepare will for our house. our plot has 4 houses and one in which we live is bigger than the other 3. in one house one of my fathers brother live and rest 2 we have tenants. Now we want to stay in our house but other 3 fathers brother are telling either to sell the house and divide money equally or divide the land which means our house will be demolished. we are staying there for more than 30 years. Can anyone tell me is there any law which can help keep us our property. Also if they file case in court how much time will it take to pass a judgement and what can be the verdict likely to be.

Its advisable to get the partition executed within ur self.......mutually ...if any one share falls in ur share you can manage by paying others ........ its better to settle the matter mutualy rather then going to court..........
