Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Guys,

First up all thank you for this platform to place my question.

The case is there is property which is own was own by my dad and uncle in Maharashtra. After My uncle's death property now belongs to my

DAD & Uncle's wife n SON.

Now problem is my dad want to develop the property or just sell it.

But my Uncle's wife not allowing us to sell it or develop it.

So the my question is:- Is there any law by which we can devide our share of property and sell it. OR do we have to file a case of separation.

Please advice.
