Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hai my father-in-law purchased registered land 28 years ago and he missed original documents and even doesn't know the survey number also now the land was occupied by URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Do we have any scope to claim that land? If so do our father-in-law have the right on that land (after 28 years)?
