Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello,
I recently got a flat in DDA housing scheme 2014. After visiting the flat, I have decided not to shift because it is too small. DDA has decided to give the possession to the allottee after 5 years. So, legally flat won't be mine for next five years.
My question is: Can I use the general power-of-attorney now to sell it after 5 years? I read that it might be illegal. Please answer my query as soon as possible.
